One Day Serve Local is an amazing opportunity for you and your family to serve together and share the love of Jesus with our community.
God has opened the door to many great opportunities for Woodland Heights to be the hands and feet of Jesus throughout the city of Conway. Check out the list to see where God may want you to GO!
Evangelism Teams:
There are 4 different evangelism sites this year where teams will setup to meet with people and share the gospel.
Door to Door (1-3pm)
Local Parks (9am)
Tucker Creek Trail (9am)
Laundromat (9am)
Retirement/Assisted Living Team:
This team will visit Ridgemere Senior Living to encourage and sing and fellowship with the residents.
Deliver Hope Ministries Team:
This team will partner with Deliver Hope ministries to do some “Spring Cleaning” inside and outside work to help the usability of their facility. We are also looking to plan a lunch with the families who come to Deliver Hope to encourage and love on them.
Prayer Team:
The prayer team is the backbone of all we will seek to do at One Day Serve Local. Without the power of the Holy Spirit we can do nothing and this team, as they visit and pray over each site, will commit to intercede for the workers that the Spirit may work through them and God be glorified in all that is done.
The Call Team:
This team will serve within the call and help with organizational needs for the ministry as well as hosting a Block Party to serve the nearby families and share the gospel with them.
All teams will meet at the church Saturday, March 15 at 8:30 am for a brief time of instruction and prayer before heading to their site. Sign-ups are open for you and your family. We ask that you and your family would pray through how God may want to use YOU to reach the nations right here in our hometown of Conway. Register below
