Request Forms

If you have an upcoming event you would like added to the WHBC Calendar, please complete the following event request. Your event will be reviewed by staff at our weekly staff meetings. Once the staff has reviewed and confirmed availability on the church calendar, we will notify you via e-mail. Please review the document attached below for steps on how you can have a successful event and include members of WHBC.
